On a full charge, an electric scooter can travel an average distance of 8-10 miles . (The recommended full charging time is 8-12 consecutive hours). But don’t worry, the charger for your mobility scooter rental is included, so you can connect and charge wherever you go!
Reservation may be cancelled at no extra charge at any time up to 24 hours before the rental is due to start. We try to be as flexible as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. (We often can!). But for more information, please contact us or read our Terms and Conditions.Â
Currently, Platinum Scooters Inc., does not offer delivery services, but please get in touch with us! Even though we do not deliver, we will gladly share third-party alternatives that could help with your mobility scooters and wheelchairs needs.
Yes, we appreciate the service of our Active Duty, Veterans and First Responders. Enter code PSTYFYS at checkout to receive a 10% discount. Please note that a valid Active Duty, Veteran or First Responder ID card must be presented when collecting the equipment. If not provided, the discounted rate may be charged to the credit card on file without further authorization. The discount code must be entered at the time of checkout. Once a reservation is made, no discounts can be applied retroactively.
